to your door.
Preparation
Your order is prepared by hand within 1 to 3 working days.
Dispatch
As soon as your parcel leaves, you will receive an email with its tracking number.
Delivery
Allow 5 to 7 working days from your order for Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France, and 7 to 10 working days elsewhere. These times are estimates; DHL Express, where offered, shortens them.
A problem?
Damaged parcel, or tracking that has not been updated for several days? Write to us at contact@yashihome.com with your order number and photos of the box and the product. We will handle the claim with the carrier.

Changed your mind?
How long is the withdrawal period?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, this period starts when you receive the last one.

Can I return an opened product?
You can return the product even if it has been opened; for a full refund, it must come back unused and unlit, otherwise its depreciation may be deducted. Pack the glass carefully, ideally in its original packaging.
Who pays for returns?
Return costs are your responsibility if you have changed your mind. Yashi covers them if the product arrived damaged, is faulty or does not match your order.
How does the refund work?
We will refund you no later than 14 days after your request, including standard delivery costs, as soon as we have received the product or proof that it has been sent back. The refund is made to the payment method used for the order.
The extra charge for express delivery is not refunded; if you return only part of the order, the initial delivery costs remain your responsibility. All the conditions are set out in our returns and refund policy.
