Changing your mind

You have fourteen days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, this period starts when you receive the last one.

1. Let us know

Before the end of this period, tell us about your decision:

You can use the model form below, or make any other unambiguous statement. We will acknowledge receipt of your request by email.

2. Send the product back

We will give you the return address in our reply to your request. Send the product back no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal. Pack the glass carefully, ideally in its original packaging, and keep the proof of postage and the tracking number.

Return costs are your responsibility.

3. Refund

We will refund you no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal request, using the payment method used for the order. We may wait until we have received the product, or proof that it has been sent back, before making the refund.

The refund covers the price of the product and the initial delivery costs, up to the standard delivery rate: any extra charge for express delivery is not refunded. If you return only part of your order, the initial delivery costs remain your responsibility.

You may open the parcel and examine the product as you would in a shop. For a full refund, however, the product must come back to us unused and unlit. A candle that has been lit, or a product damaged because it was not properly packed, loses its value: the amount of this depreciation may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or faulty product, or order error

Write to us at contact@yashihome.com with your order number and photos of the product, its packaging and the shipping box. We will offer you a replacement or a refund, and cover the return costs.

You also benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity, described in our terms and conditions of sale. Slight variations inherent to the blown glass of the Signature candles and to natural stones are not defects.

Gift card

An unused gift card is refunded if you exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen days of purchase. After that, it can neither be refunded nor exchanged for cash.
